Last week I bought a bike to begin my triathlon training; I wasn't able to ride it due to the crazy amount of rain we have had. This week we bought a bike seat for Berkeley. This morning we left our house at 8 a.m. & went on our very first family bike ride for 2 hours with Liser and Danly. They showed us how to get to the Minute Man Bike Trail.
I am pretty sure I haven't been on a bike (outside of the gym) since I was about 12 years old. I have to say, it was really fun. Berkeley loved the ride; we all did. We are excited to have a new way to explore the city and a fun activity to do as a family this summer. I am still a bit nervous riding in the city, but I absolutely love being on the trails.
